Additional Fees & Disclaimers
7 days on-site included, $5/day for 8+ days, unless prior arrangements are made. If a dump and return is scheduled within 2 weeks of start date, daily fee is waived.
A trip fee $50 will be included if site is unsatisfactory for placement (ground too soft, driveway or access to property too narrow/inaccessible with large truck or semi, overhead lines, etc) and a return trip is needed. Fee will be assessed if unit is blocked or site is inaccessible as determined by driver when unit is picked up.
Heavy Load Fee
5 ton limit on 20 and 30 yard (3 ton on 10 yard) unless previous arrangements are made. ALL loads over 5 ton (3 on 10 yards) will be assessed at $10/Ton over the limit. If we are not informed prior to arrival that load may be in excess of 8 tons, due to DOT regulations, we must charge a $150 trip fee in order to come back with our semi-trailer for pick-up.
Over Fill Limit Fee
Loads piled over top of box subject to a minimum of $25 tarping fee. If load is deemed too unsafe to be loaded and hauled, $50 trip fee will be assessed and load must be leveled by next business day.
Frozen Waste Fee
Starting in 2019, the regional landfill has instituted a $25 fee for frozen loads. It is the renters responsibility to keep load covered during winter weather that would cause waste to freeze to the dumpster to avoid this fee.
All items placed in dumpster are the responsibility of the person who ordered it until unit is picked up. AWS is not responsible for any waste that may be put in after dumpster is placed on site. Also, items placed in unit between when it is called to be picked up and actual pickup are the responsibility of the person who ordered it, including any Over Fill Limit fees that may be incurred.
Any additional fees incurred will be charged on card on file or subject to immediate payment.
Unpaid fees will result in mechanics lien placed on the property.
Calling two days ahead of the date requiring the container is preferred, minimum of 24 hours is required.
Quick turn-around rate for delivery, removal and return
The customer must be available to meet the driver for drop off delivery and payment if not pre-paid (unless prior arrangements have been made)

PLEASE NOTE: the container is for construction and demolition debris (rubble, dirt, concrete, asphalt, plasterboard, etc) NOT for disposal of air conditioners, refrigerators, appliances or anything containing CFCs or HCFC refrigerant. DO NOT put contaminated soil, toxic chemicals, medical hazardous waste, municipal waste, liquid loads, tire, batteries, fluorescent light bulbs, radioactive material or paper more than 10% of the load.
